Communication Consent
Terms governing communications about a submitted business-purpose financing request.
Consent by submit
When a form includes communication consent and you submit it, you authorize FFC Mortgage Corp. dba NonQM123, the 1031 Exchange DSCR Loan Desk, and their service providers to contact you about the reported financing request by phone, text message, and email at the contact information provided.
Automated technology
Consent may include contact using automated dialing, prerecorded or artificial voice, or automated text technology where permitted. Consent is not a condition of obtaining a product or service. Message and data rates may apply.
Revocation
You may ask to stop marketing texts by replying STOP, or revoke communication consent by calling (844) 894-1031. Operational or legally required communications may still be sent where permitted.
Accuracy
You represent that the contact information submitted belongs to you or that you are authorized to provide it.
